Prices are in US$, excluding shipping, handling and insurance, or duty, taxes, brokerage fees where applicable. All instruments have to be prepaid including shipping, handling and insurance by US or international postal money order, cashier's check, Western Union money transfer (not BidPay) or bank wire transfer. PayPal with confirmed US address ONLY, NO exceptions, unless arranged otherwise in writing prior to the end of the auction. NO personal checks! The instrument can be returned for a refund of the actual bidding price (excl. s/h/ins.) by obtaining an RMA (Return of Merchandise Authorization) number via e-mail within 24 hours upon arrival, only if item was clearly misrepresented, unless otherwise arranged in writing. All items have to be sent back the following business day, postage prepaid including insurance for the full value, by UPS / USPS ground from US / Canadian customers, postal express mail or UPS expedited from overseas customers. The RMA number has to be clearly marked on the address label. A tracking number is required. |
