Philosophy:

I believe that each child is special and unique, each with his own heritage, cultural, and family background. I help children feel proud about who they are through parent involvement.  I help the children develop their social, emotional, intellectual physical developments. 

I believe in having a clean, safe, physical environment arranged for children's needs.  I have learning centers that help the children develop small and large motor skills, self-esteem, creative expression, self-help, problem solving, and expressive and receptive language.

I have over 12 years of personal experience with children.  I was a substitute teacher in the state of Maryland for elementary and junior high schools.
