Nap Time

Children who are here full or part time, or come during the nap time period are to have the chance to relax or sleep.  I require that from 12:15-2:00 all children are to remain on their mats and be quiet while other children are resting.  I understand that each child is unique in his/her own way and not all children need or want to take naps. In these cases, books or quiet games are allowed while still on their mats Bedding will be provided for your child but if he/she has a favorite blanket or animal please bring it to Child Care.  Infants sleep as needed.

 

Centers:

Through out the week our child will have the opportunity to learn and experience different things.  Some of the centers that your child will have a chance to play and learn in are the following:

dramatic play * science center * movement center * block center * creative art * manipulative play

book center * quiet center

 

Field Trips:

With parent permission of course and field trip slips signed.

Every week on Tuesday and/or Thursday I would like to take the preschoolers to the Moreno Valley Public Library for preschool story time 10 am -11 am. 

When school age children have Summer vacations I would like to take all children on a field trip; bowling, movies or some other special outings.

Hours:

My hours here at Stanley family childcare are for your convenience. 

I am open daily from 6:00 in the morning until 6:00 at night Monday - Friday.

If there are special circumstances I am open for discussion. 

 

Holidays:

The childcare will be closed 12 times out of the year. If one of the listed holidays falls on a Saturday the childcare will be closed the Friday before.  If the holiday falls on a Sunday then the day care will be closed on the Monday after.  These are paid holidays.

Vacation time

I will take one weeks scheduled vacation without pay.  I will give you at least three weeks advance notice of scheduled vacation. I will try and provide you with a list of available providers or you may have a back-up provider of your own. I will take my one week vacation separate in spring and  winter.

I will receive five paid personal/ sick days. I will give as much advanced notice of personal/sick days as possible.

Parents receive five unpaid/ sick days after the first 6 moths enrolled.

In case of child illness or other emergency that prohibits the child from attending day care (if personal/ sick days have been used) regular rates will be in effect.

 

Trial Period

A trial period will be for the two weeks.  If the parent or the provider are unsatisfied with the arrangements, this agreement may be terminated without written notice.

 

I have broken it down For you to see the amounts I am paid if it were hourly.  *the days you pick for your child you are responsible to pay for. If your child does not attend you will still need to pay for that day. Each child is taking a slot. In order to continue holding the slot specifically for your child payment is required.

All payments are due before services.
