Summit Children's Program Toddlers Water Play    The goal of our early childhood program is to provide a supportive, enriching and caring environment that allows children to play and learn at their own developmental pace. Members of our staff plan curriculum that is drawn from the needs and interests of our children. There is a balance between time for individual choices and planned teacher - directed activities to promote skill development. Curriculum stimulates the emotional, cognitive, physical, creative and social growth of the children in our care.

In addition to our regular program, we have two days out of the week for special music and movement.

Enrollment is year-round in our Toddler, Preschool and Pre-K programs, though the program changes form in the summer months.

Summit Children's Program toddlers on bench We continue to provide consistent, high quality, full day child care for our families throughout the year. In the warmer months, Toddler, Preschool and Pre-K teachers plan together to create thematic units that include: special guests, cooking, lots of water play, arts and crafts, music, sports and games, science exploration and other special activities related to the themes. Field trips and swimming at a local pool are also included especially for the hot days of the summer.

Please call if you have questions about any of our programs for the young child,
aged 18 months to 5½ years.
