love the pix.. precisely my point. That if I up my mileage to 12-13 a week I will be ready for a 1/2. That's about all I can do right now with work taking up so many good training hours during the week!
Ah, the Blue Train. You're right. A welcome sight. Although cycling is definitely my weakest discipline, I love to watch it, so much that the last couple of years, I tivo the live portions of the tour and then watch them at night. I also get the text messages on my cell at the end of each stage!!
