We can mail you an application, or you may download the registration form. Please remember to
include your downpayment when you return the application.
You must have at least $125.00 in order to register for any
class; after that we will accept payment arrangements.We will allow you up to four (4)
months to pay your account balance, but you must pay your account in full BEFORE scheduling your
six (6) hours of driving time with an instructor.
