A:     A home inspection is not an appraisal. It is a general, visual and unbiased examination given by an expert as  to the condition of the various components of a home.
 

Q:     Why to have a home inspection?

A:     A home inspection is one very valuable tool in assessing whether home you may purchase or sell is sound. The cost of a home inspection may ultimately save you money and heartache down the road.
 

Q:     Must I attend the inspection?

A:     Although it is not necessary, we do recommend that you join the inspector throughout the process. It will be educational and helpful if ultimately you move in.
