This free rig control program controls most functions of the radio and provides features Kenwood forgot to include. It has an internal logging program, a TNC control program for the built-in TNC, access to online DXClusters, Audio Keyer/Recorder, satellite memory controls, PSK, beta FSK and SKY COMMAND management.

Speech announcements and Command and Control require Windows98 or higher. ARCS II will run on Windows 95 without speech and evidently runs with a few other Kenwood radios (of course, all the controls won't work).

Version 1.15 includes additional CW Panel controls plus more performance enhancements and new features throughout the program. Version 1.15 was released 29 April 2007.
