Verbally agree on following important points:
On 2nd day, our accountant will document all important points
discussed in initial consultation meeting in form of “Letter of Engagement” and send TWO copies for Review/approval.
Client will sign both copies and will returned 2nd signed copy to Mehta Accounting Services.
What will you charge for my past months accounting(Catch-Up work)?
In all cases, our pricing policy is FAIR and EQUAL for performing current
tasks and past
months tasks. The agreed prices will also the good for performing catch-up work and we do not quote higher price for this
assignment.
How much you charge for year end taxes, Quarterly Taxes and paying other Govt. dues?
We believe in “Long Term Professional Relationship” and that is why, our pricing
structure is very clear and transparent WITHOUT ANY HIDDEN CHARGES. All assigned tasks will be outlined
in the scope of work/ payment plan section of the letter of agreement based on verbal understanding done in the initial consultation
meeting.
How can we cancel our letter of agreement?
Our letter of agreement is always open and flexible so that
either party may discontinue our agreement via a five business day verbal or written notice.
