Agent of a foreign power (1)  any person other than a United States person, who -  (A)  acts in the United States as an officer or employee of a foreign power, or as a member of a foreign power as defined in subsection (a)(4) of this section;  (B)  acts for or on behalf of a foreign power which engages in clandestine intelligence activities in the United States contrary to the interests of the United States, when the circumstances of such person's presence in the United States indicate that such person may engage in such activities in the United States, or when such person knowingly aids or abets any person in the conduct of such activities or knowingly conspires with any person to engage in such activities; or  (2)  any person who -  (A)  knowingly engages in clandestine intelligence gathering activities for or on behalf of a foreign power, which activities involve or may involve a violation of the criminal statutes of the United States;  (B)  pursuant to the direction of an intelligence service or network of a foreign power, knowingly engages in any other clandestine intelligence activities for or on behalf of such foreign power, which activities involve or are about to involve a violation of the criminal statutes of the United States;  (C)  knowingly engages in sabotage or international terrorism, or activities that are in preparation therefor, for or on behalf of a foreign power;  (D)  knowingly enters the United States under a false or fraudulent identity for or on behalf of a foreign power or, while in the United States, knowingly assumes a false or fraudulent identity for or on behalf of a foreign power; or  (E)  knowingly aids or abets any person in the conduct of activities described in subparagraph (A), (B), or (C) or knowingly conspires with any person to engage in activities described in subparagraph (A), (B), or (C).   50 USC Sec. 1801

call content channel (CCC) the logical link between the device performing an electronic surveillance access function and the LEA that primarily carries the call content passed between an intercept subject and one or more associates. J-STD-025
call data channel (CDC) the logical link between the device performing an electronic surveillance access function and the LEA that primarily carries call-identifying information. J-STD-025
call deflection allows the called party to interactively refuse an incoming call and send that call to another directory number, to voice mail, or to an announcement. J-STD-025
call delivery redirects an incoming call to a mobile subscriber. J-STD-025
call diversion is similar to call forwarding, except that the condition may be more complex and dynamic (e.g., its routing decisions may be based upon calling party number, calling party entry of a valid password, time-of-day, day-of-week, day-of-year, calling party location). J-STD-025
call forwarding is any of several features that redirect a call to another directory number (or voice mail), if a certain condition is met. J-STD-025
Call identifying information Call identifying information means dialing or signaling information that identifies the origin, direction, destination, or termination of each communication generated or received by a subscriber by means of any equipment, facility, or service of a telecommunications carrier. Call identifying information is ``reasonably available'' to a carrier if it is present at an intercept access point and can be made available without the carrier being unduly burdened with network modifications. 47 CFR Secs. 22.1102, 24.902, 64.2202
call transfer allows a controlling subscriber to connect two other parties and then the controlling subscriber leaves the call. J-STD-025

CC link identifier This identifier is only used at the interface ports HI2 and HI3 in case of the reuse of CC links (option B, see clause A.5.4.2). For each CC link, which is set up by the mediation function towards the LEMF, a CC link identifier (CCLID) is transmitted in the HI2 records and HI3 setup message in addition to CIN and NID. For the correct correlation of multiparty calls this identity number indicates in the IRI records of each multiparty call, which CC link is used for the transmission of the CC. The CCLID may use the same format as the CIN; in this case, it need not be transmitted explicitly during set up of the CC links, as part of HI3. The CIN may also implicitly represent the CCLID.  LI HI
