Part of my Sprint Internet strategy was to emphasize the dramatic shift of Internet use from being just a research and academic curiosity to a compelling business tool, with Sprint at the heart of providing commercial Internet service to business and government customers.

In this particular piece, working closely with Washington Post's business reporter Jayne Levin, she did a full page article in the Post's special Monday business-technology section in May 1993. The article's theme was quickly picked up by many other reporters around the world. Ms. Levin herself was so enthused by the collaboration that she subsequently began publishing a special newsletter devoted to the subject of business use of the Internet.
