1. Los vecinos(the neighbors):
After many kind South side residents of Ingleside Terrace
opened their doors for layout ideas, the major decicions became pretty clear pretty quickly. Of course there was a little
tweaking during framing-a few inches here and there once the space was easier to visualize. After this experience, it
was time to put pen to paper...or keyboard to Autocad.
