apartments are all we own and rent. We own three apartment buildings: 12 apartments near the University of Idaho, and 2 buildings
with 8 and 11 apartments near downtown and fairly close to the University. APARTMENTS ARE DESCRIBED BELOW.

maintain our apartments well and prepare them for new tenants so that they are fresh, immaculately clean, and painted. We
rent to non-smokers, and our properties are non-smoking. Only small pets that live in a cage or aquarium are OK; no cats,
dogs, or ferrets, etc.

in Moscow Idaho.
