We own three apartment buildings: 12 apartments near the University of Idaho, and 2 buildings with 8 and 11 apartments near downtown and fairly close to the University.  AVAILABLE APARTMENTS ARE LISTED BELOW.

We maintain our apartments well and prepare them for new tenants so that they are fresh, immaculately clean, and painted. We rent to non-smokers, and our properties are non-smoking. Only small pets that live in a cage or aquarium are OK; no cats, dogs, or ferrets, etc.

We are Andy and Marilyn Schwam. We live in one of our apartment buildings at 514 S. Polk St. in Moscow Idaho.
