Hygienist
Barbara Kingsley Hathaway,RNC,ANP,MIH is
President and founder of Occupational Health Associates. Barbara graduated from
Catherine Laboure School of Nursing, Boston, MA the Peter Bent Brigham
Hospital/Harvard Medical School Adult Nurse Practitioner Program, and the
Center for Environmental Studies at Temple University where she received a
Master’s Degree in Occupational Health, with a major in Industrial Hygiene.
Barbara has contributed to text books, written
numerous publications and lectured both locally and nationally.
Dana Blake Hathaway, Vice President, has been
affiliated with OHA since 1995.As an Acoustical Engineer, Noise Evaluation
& Control Services can be provided. Certified in Pulmonary Function
testing, he has performed many testings onsite as part of our Respirator
Medical Clearance Program. He was part of OHA’s team at Ground Zero WTC Medical
Monitoring for Building Clean-up Workers as we performed 500 PFT’s and
Respirator fit tests as part of the surveillance monitoring.
Dana has been involved in Spirometry training,
providing practicum supervision, starting with our previous OHA/Harvard
OHA now primarily provides onsite surveillance

BKH is a Certified NIOSH Course Director for the
2 day Spirometry Testing in Industry and one of the first to be certified as a
