|  Method | While preheating oven, melt the 1/4 cup of margarine, cheese, and chicken soup in a sauce pan. In a separate bowl, mix the potatoes, sour cream, and onion.
Add the cheese mixture and stir it all up and place in a 9 X 15 baking dish. Mix the 2 tbsps of melted margarine with the corn flakes and sprinkle over the top.
Bake for about 1 - 1 1/2 hours, until done. |
