Bill & Darlene's Crispy Potatoes

An excellent side dish.  Enjoy with some friends, a few brewskies and whatever else sounds good!

Method

While preheating oven, melt the 1/4 cup of margarine, cheese, and chicken soup in a sauce pan.  In a separate bowl, mix the potatoes, sour cream, and onion.

Add the cheese mixture and stir it all up and place in a 9 X 15 baking dish.  Mix the 2 tbsps of melted margarine with the corn flakes and sprinkle over the top.

Bake for about 1 - 1 1/2 hours, until done.

Ingredients

6-8 cubed potatoes
1/4 cup margarine
1 1/2 cups grated cheddar cheese
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/3 cup chopped onion
1 cup mashed corn flakes
2 tbsp melted margarine
1 pint sour cream
