Welcome family, friends of family, and those of you who wandered in by accident. We thank you all for stopping in to visit our Hamann family pages. We created this site because we are spread out all over the countryside. We needed a way for family to keep in touch, because face it, life can be hectic at times, and it's tough enough getting 30 hours of work crammed into a 24 hour day. Even though we don't mean to, we may not call as often as we should. We do keep in touch through e-mails and IM's, but sometimes that just isn't enough. We find ourselves feeling homesick or wishing we could be there, just to get or receive a hug, laugh together... cry together, share.
The world of Blogs is the next best thing! We can share stories, pictures, thoughts, recipes, the weather, news, anything.... everything! Although I will post monthly news and updates on this page, and on our Family Blog, the best way to find out what is going on with someone is to check out their personal blog, website, and photo galley.
Not all of us have a Blog, website or an e-mail address. If that's the case, I hope you can sneak a few moments here and there and check in long enough to see what's going on. Hit the family Blog first. All earth shaking news will hit that Blog for sure. If you have enough time post a Blog, if nothing more than to say hi. Also be sure to check out the Family Picture Gallery. Audrey dug out some old scrapbooks, blew off the dust, and scanned some great pictures that will surely bring back good memories.
Although we've listed links for all our family's personal pages (that we know of,) if we forgot anyone (or if you have one we don't know of,) shoot us an email and we will add yours. We've also got a contact page. Everyone's e-mail address is listed. Now there is no reason why you can't keep in touch.
Food for thought, we know people move or change their e-mail addresses for one reason or another, so most of us have listed our hotmail, yahoo, or a freebie e-mail address. Hey it works!
