Here's some of the trips Mark and Teri have taken on their motorcycles. Most of them have involved 'Maggots (short for SabMaggots), the members of Mark's email biker list. This is a world-wide community of bikers linked by their enthusiasm (some might call it fanaticism) for Honda's mid-'80s V-Four Sabres, Magnas, and Interceptors. Other members of the group favor the modern V-4s: the "New Generation" Magna, the VFR Interceptor, and the ST1100.

This group indulges in periodic SabMag Events (SMEs, although some claim SME refers only to a gathering of Eastern 'Maggots, as opposed to SMW for the "Left" coast group, etc.). While many of these activities are spontaneous and loosely organized, others have become annual traditions, hence the identifying numbers (e.g., SME 4.0).
