Customer Service Sales Associate

Duties Include:    Provide customer service

                          Put out new merchandise

                          Sort/straighten/organize merchandise

                          Maintain cleanliness of the store

                          Perform cashier functions

 

Qualifications:     Minimum 18 years of age

                          Ability to be a self-starter who can work independently

                          Motivated

                          Ability to fill-in for other shifts as needed

                Helpful: basic computer skills, knowledge of Children’s merchandise.

 

Starting Wage:    $8.50/hr with room to grow after trial period

Overview of Position:    Ideal candidate is someone who is outgoing, enjoys working with people (adults and children) and enjoys customer service.  You will be working your shift alone with little or no direction.  However, there is always something needing to be done as customers love to touch and move things around, so you will always be busy.  Things can be fast paced as our store is always changing and you need a willingness to adapt.  Dress attire is casual; however, you need to dress neatly.  You will be expected to stand for long periods of time.
