Five of My Top Selling Points

1.    I am solid technically, having spent more than twenty-five years working with computers. I have experience with mainframes, workstations and PC's. I am in this business because I love technology, not just because it pays the bills. As a result of all this, I can learn new skills faster and more thoroughly than most people.

2.    I am an innovator. At IBM I have had four patents issued (as of December 2008).  I won third prize in a worldwide contest to create the most creative demo. At IBM SE School, I invented a solution that would allow customers to communicate with vendors by directly accessing vendors’ computers. This is commonplace today but in 1988 it was unheard of.

3.    I am easy to work with, and fair to work for, encouraging suggestions and constructive criticism. I have a good sense of humor, and I try to smile at people often. My aim is always to brighten your day at work!

4.    I am persistent. I have a reputation for solving problems in hours that would otherwise take days.

5.    I am reliable. I have worked for very few companies in my life, and left my previous jobs with good feelings on both sides. When I say something will be done, it will be done, within the agreed timeframe, with no bad surprises (but maybe some good ones!).
