Psalms 149:1-3

"Praise the LORD! Sing to the LORD a new song, and His praise in the assembly of saints. Let Israel rejoice in their Maker; Let the children of Zion be joyful in their King. Let them praise His name with the dance; Let them sing praises to Him with the timbrel and harp."

In dance, we minister the Word of God. Through dance we are able to usher God’s people to the open door of the Throne Room; it is up to each individual to enter in. Dancing is a form of Worship to the Lord. According to the Book of Psalms, David tells us to “praise Him in the dance” Worship Him in song and dance with thanksgiving! Come, enter into the Holy of Holies to worship God, King, and Lord and soon coming bridegroom!

The Lord’s Vision Dance Ministry was birthed in 2000 by Mrs. Deborah Herriott. She cites that when she came back to the church several years ago, the Pastor at the time, the late Rev. Aubrey E. Swann, quoted:
Mark 6:33 “seek ye first…” but instructed the Church to seek the Lord’s face and not His hand. Debbie began to pray what was said not even knowing that there was a scripture reference behind the amended statement. She later learned of the following scripture:

Psalms 27:8

"When thou saidst, Seek ye my face; my heart said unto thee, Thy face, LORD, will I seek."

The Lord’s Vision Dance Ministry is what the Lord gave to Debbie.
