Cayce, Edgar:
An American clairvoyant and trance medium
psychic. The supernatural operation of Cayce's power was a spirit
of divination. His teachings are of an occultic nature promoting
prohibited use of by the Bible.
Charms:
A chant or song or incantation recited in
some order to produce magical affects. Many artifacts that are purchased
from local stores unknowingly have incantations and charms said over them
for the purpose of bringing demonic attacks on those who buy them.
Clairvoyants:
Occultist who supposedly foresee into the
future and read the past. Para-psychologist have tried for years
to prove this to be scientific because of the results. Of course
they leave out factors of there being spiritual forces which can perform
the functions they claim to be valid.
Crystal Balls:
A clear ball of glass used to gaze into, to
read ones past or future or to gain hidden knowledge. Those which
are not frauds are demonically inspired.

Divination:
The art of fortune telling or gaining hidden
knowledge with the help of some type of instrument, crystal ball, pendulum,
etc. One form is called water witching or searching for water with
a forked instrument. Also a common practice of using a pendulum such
as a needle on a string to determine sex of child before birth on
expectant mother.
Dream Interpreting:
Dream analysis cannot provide reliable standards
for the correct interpretation of one's dream. However many occultist
practice analyzing dreams through divination and gives the seeker information
which can have a direct influence on their spiritual life and cause them
to miss Gods leading.
ESP:
Extra sensory perception: a supposed
6th. sense to know things before they transpire. Again science has
tried to prove that somehow there is a special built in brain function
that validates the results of some tests. However when one realizes the
part that demonic forces can play on these occurrences and how they can
make things happen and appear to happen it is easy to deceive the mind
that refuses to believe the whole counsel of God.

Familiar Spirits:
Some times referred to as Evil Spirits or
Demons in the Bible. I believe that the term familiar is very good
in the sense that demonic spirits are familiar with everything that you
do. For instance suppose a demonic spirit assigned to you for your
life knows everything about you. You pass away. Your relatives
in turn seek
out a medium to call you back from the dead
to talk with you. It would be that demon that was assigned to you
that would speak through the medium saying things that only of course you
would have known. This in turn deceives the relative and draws them
into satans web of deception.
Fortune Telling:
This is more then just the old carnival tent.
It has many faces. All of them which are demonic and are forbidden
by the Bible. If God wants you to know something ask Him.

Graphology:
The art of reading ones writing and deriving
from it an individuals personality, past, future, health, etc. There is
absolutely no scientific evidence to back any of this. It is a definite
form of divination as if one,were using a crystal ball or palm reading.
Again any true facts derived from this method are derived from a demonic
source.

Hypnosis:
This can be a very dangerous practice in as
much as you leave yourself open to demonic invasion because of giving complete
control to another. Hypnotherapy has been endorsed by the AMA and
other organizations. It places one into an induced state of which
another has influence and control. It has been wrongfully stated
that one cannot be made to do anything that would be against that persons
natural will. That is not so. The fact remains the it comes
from the ancient form of charming or spell casting and is condemned by
the Bible.
I
I Ching:
A complex method of divination using 'the
book of changes'. The method is by tossing yarrow sticks then determining
their meaning based on the numerous hexagrams revealed in the 'book'.
The techniques of the book is based on the constant changes of the cosmic
forces 'Yin and Yang'. The 'book' constitutes one
of the five classics of Confucianism.
Incubus:
A spiritual being which assaults women for
sexual purposes to gratify its appetite.

Jean Dixon:
A well known catholic psychic who has made
many public predictions. She first became aware of her ability while
visiting a Gypsy fortune teller. She has missed far more prophecies
than she had right. She denies that it is an occult practice but
rather a gift from God. She is partly right it is a gift from god
(satan) but not God.

Magic:
The use of magic is an attempt by some person
to circumvent the natural laws or circumstances and impose his own will
in order to influence the events, from, God, satan, evil spirits, or individuals
for the purpose of bringing about either good for them self or evil to
someone else.

A medium is one who uses a spirit guide to
gain hidden knowledge. Many times the spirit claims to be a deceased
individual or a spirit being fromanother dimen- sion. In reality
the spirit is nothing more or less than a demonic being.
Mental Telepathy:
The supposed ability to transfer the thoughts
of someone to themselves or at times to send messages by the way of thoughts.
Again this is demonic influence acting out the demonstrations.
Metaphysics:
The study of the supernatural acts occurring
in the world of the occult usually referred to as the paranormal.

Ouija Board:
An occult item sold as a game in the 60,s
and still is on the market today. The occult significance of this
item is that it uses the occult form of automatic writing. By asking
a verbal question then two persons placing their hands on the movable triangle
it will move to a yes or no or series of letters. The persons are
not in control of the movement but rather a demonic spirit controls the
person which then controls the triangle. There is nothing phony about
this. It is genuine occult and very dangerous.

Palmistry:
The occult art of reading the lines in ones
palms to ascertain hidden knowledge.
Pentagram:
The pentagram is an occult symbol. It
is a five pointed star with the bottom point aimed southward or down.It
is an ancient symbol of witchcraft and is especially found in satanism.
It is satanic expression, representing the demonic Baphoment, the goat
of mendes, or the embodiment of Lucifer as God. The inverted
penta- gram has one basic use and that is to call up the powers of darkness.
It is used heavily thruout the Masonic Lodge. It represents the star
Sirius a 5000 year old Egyptian devil and regarded as great evil.
It has been identified in the Bible as the accursed "tabernacle of Molech"
and with the god Remphan. Sadly it is also em- beded with-in the
very capital of the U.S. (See Masons). With in every pentagram
there is a pentagon. The pentagon is profoundly associated with the
planet Mars and the ancient God of War, Aries. The medal of honor
is a pentagram with a circle inside the highest form of the occult.
The medal also has 13 stars which never have represented the original 13
colonies, but rather again has occult signifigance.
Poltergeist:
A supposed ghost of a deceased one or haunting
spirit. This in reality is a demonic spirit.
Psycho Cybernetics:
A form of self hypnosis. A person generally
feels and behaves in a manner in what he thinks about himself. Therefore
he must 'de-hypnotize' himself from all nega- tivism and imagine a positive
self image. He thereby improves himself and his capabilities.
He may use chanting or deep mystic meditation daily to be able to achieve
the goals. Many books are being written on positive thinking and
imaging and many accepted with-in the christian circles. These principles
are of not only an occultic nature but are in direct reversal of what Christ
has told us of who and what we are, and the humility of oneself and the
goals He has set for us.
Psychics:
Persons who use the occult practice of several
means to visualize something or someone and to find hidden information
not known to the natural mind.
Reincarnation:
Reincarnation is the belief that at death a
person's soul doesn't go to heaven or hell as the Bible teaches, but is
consecutively moved from one human life to another. It is the backbone
of many religions and occult practices. Some people believe in reincarnation
because subjects under hypnosis can supposedly recall events from a previous
life. The details of these "past lives" are usually vague and lacking details,
but occasionally someone will "recall" an ancient custom or a historical
detail that was presumably unknown by the hypnotized subject. Does this
mean they were reincarnated, or are there other explanations for these
"recollections"?
Melvin Harris, an investigative journalist
specializing in the unexplained, says that the recall of "past lives" can
be explained through cryptomnesia,
or forgotten memory. "This information (forgotten memories) comes from
books, newspapers, lectures, films, television, radio, and overheard scraps
of conversation." Hypnotized persons often explain past, future,
or extraterrestrial lives by drawing fromchildhood memories or fleeting,
forgotten experiences. .
Auto-suggestion:
A suggestion to oneself which arises within one's own mind. This would
be a mild case of deja vu, or thinking, "I've seen this place before."
From there, imaginations take over, causing a person to wrongly believe
that "I know this place because, in a past life, I was here." Although
the person hasn't been there before, he convinces himself that he has.
Group think:
This can be stronger than auto-suggestion because people can unconsciously
validate each others' interpretations of events and experiences.
Fraud:
The researcher, hypnotist, medium, or subject deliberately manufacturers
pastille experiences for financial gain, notoriety, or attention.
Demonic influence:
A demon, or fallen angel, creates the imagination in a person's mind that
he or she has lived in a previous life. The entire concept of reincarnation
is demonic, leading people away from the truth that there is a heaven and
a hell on the other side of the grave. What better way to deceive people
concerning the day of judgment than the illusion of reincarnation?
You have to remember that demonic spirits
at times referred to as familiar spirits are under the power of satan and
they have been on the earth longer than man has. They know and have
access to all information to use at their will. I believe this is
the force behind the majority of supposed reincarnations as well as other
occult practices.

Satanism:
The occult practice of worshiping satan as
god. There are many rituals and books used in the practice which
includes the satanic bible. They basically believe that it is God
that is the problem and that satan and his followers will win in the end
and overcome and be victorious over the whole world at which time his followers
will be greatly rewarded. They use occult practices even some to
the point of alter sac- rifices and sexually perverse rituals. It
is a religion of the flesh mixed with the occult.
Satanic Bible:
A diabolical inspired work written by Anton
S. LaVey who in April 1966 founded the Church of satan in San Francisco,
CA. Consists of 3 parts. (a) Book of Lucifer (b) Book of Belial and
(c) Book of Leviathan. The book includes such subjects as: Invocations,
Black Mass, Conjurations, Magic, Satanic Rituals, Destruction, How
to sell your soul, How to commit the 7 deadly sins, etc.
Seance:
The gathering together of persons with the
help of a medium to try to make contact with a deceased person or an unknown
spirit. Many are deceived in this that demonic spirits enter into
the realm and play out the role of the deceased.
Spell Casting:
Using the occult practices to perform the
same works as described in magic.

Superstition:
Superstition is derived from the practices
of magic. The belief that certain words or actions could alter or
affect an action that has occurred or to occur. Most superstition
is a lot of bunk but still God would frown upon it in the realization that
He should be the one that you address not something that has derived from
pagan origins.

Specially designed cards which have different
symbols and pictures to depict events that are past, present or future
when read by one who tell fortunes.

UFO'S:
Unidentified Flying Objects - It is doubtless
if anyone is not aware of the Roswell incident and similar ones around
the world. Or about crop circles and space ship abduction claims.
There are far too many to go in to in this writing. But suffice it
to say there is something out there. But what? Many theories
have been ad- vanced. When it comes down to the Christian view on
the matter it is believed that these are demonic forces and seducing spirits.
There are more sittings over Israel than any other country in the world.
We know that from scripture there are many demonic spirits that can not
fly on their own but it is possible to have a spiritual craft. As
the days go on we will see and hear more of this. I will update this
as time goes on.

Ventriloquism:
It is the occult practice of belly speaking.
It was primarily used by ancient heathen priests which used it to make
it appear that statues were speaking. Mediums also deceive others
at times with this method. It was primarily used in the connection
with pagan rites in China, Egypt and Greece. It is still used in
Africa and Alaska. It only became a form of entertainment later in
which a dummy is used. Israel considered this a form of occultism.
Christianity should not use this form because of its ties with the occult
and paganistic rituals as with magic. In Christianity the means should
never justify the ends when it entails the use of a deceptive form of darkness.

Water Divining:
Same as water witching. Again nothing
scientific proven. An occult form of divination. I personally
know of one older man who had sugar diabetes. When he renounced his
use of this practice and asked forgiveness from the Lord Jesus he was miraculously
healed.
Wicca:
Witchcraft:
There is two types of witches, black and white.
This is representing type not color. One, the black, practices of
course the black arts. There is no argument as to the source as being
demonic. The other, the white, says that they only do good things
therefore they are not occult and not from any satanic source. That
is untrue.
If it looks like a witch, and acts like a
witch, its probably a witch. It is all of the occult.
There is no higher level of deception than
the one where a person deceives them self.
Y
Yin and Yang:
According to Chinese philosophy they constitute
the male and female cosmic forces in the universe from which everything
derives its existence. This is used in acupuncture, I Ching and other
occultic practices.
Yoga:
Thought of today as just a eastern form of
exercise. How very, very wrong. It is very dangerous form of
the occult. The end result of yoga is to be released from the endless
cycle of rebirths and the burden of ones Karma. Of course those who
say they do it just for exercise do not release the implication of the
occult tie and therefore leave themselves wide open to the summoning of
demonic forces which can have drastic affects on one's physical, spiritual
and mental well being.
