Fostering

Sometimes we get animals that are in need of foster homes before or until they get adopted. Some of these animals need a little behavioral work (including manners, housetraining, and socialization) and some just need a calmer place to be while they recover. Many of the latter will come to us malnourished or need veterinary care that would do better with daily attention and a quiet place to rest (excited dogs are far more likely to tear out stitches or make themselves even sicker).
