| William Dana, President/CEO |
William Dana, P.E. is President and CEO of Dana Engineering,
Inc. Mr. Dana is a degreed registered professional engineer in 4 States. He has over 30 years experience in nuclear and mechanical systems design, construction,
startup and operations. Mr. Dana holds a nuclear power plant “Senior Reactor
Operator” (SRO) certification for the Trojan Nuclear Power Plant.
Mr. Dana’s technical experience includes nuclear design, operational readiness review
(ORR) and Surety Readiness (SRR) program development and implementation at the U.S. Army Umatilla Oregon Chemical Disposal
Facility; Development and implementation of a Professional Engineer certification
program for RCRA systems at the U.S. Army Demilitarization Facility at Pine Bluff, AR;
Hanford facility test director and engineering supervisor; and plant systems
engineer for construction and operations at 6 nuclear facilities.
Mr. Dana has been heavily involved in technical program and procedures development, and
is a senior Level II startup test engineer. Technical assignments include HVAC
and water treatment systemization engineer; pollution abatement (scrubber) systems design engineer; nuclear bridge and gantry
crane startup engineer; and hazardous waste systems specialist.
Mr. Dana performs hiring of all DEI
employees, to ensure compatibility with the Dana Engineering technical, ethical, attitude and customer service core values.

Meet our Senior Vice President

| Dennis Walters, Sr. VP of Strategic Initiatives |
Dennis Walters is the Senior Vice President of Strategic Initiatives for Dana Engineering,
Inc. Mr. Walters holds B.S. and B.A. degrees in Electrical Engineering, and Mathematics,
Education, from the University of Washington. He is currently working on a masters degree, in Technology Management from Washington
State University. He has over 30 years of technical and organizational management
experience. Mr. Walters is recipient of Vice President Al Gore’s Hammer
Award for increasing governmental efficiency and effectiveness at Hanford.
Prior to joining Dana Engineering, Inc. Mr. Walters worked for fourteen years with Battelle,
operators of the Pacific Northwest National Laboratory. Mr. Walters was a Management Systems Analyst in the Independent Oversight Department. Mr. Walters conducted “value mapping” sessions to support strategic
planning in the Environmental Molecular Research Laboratory, the Research Campus of the Future Program, and the Business Support
Services Directorate. He has supported the Battelle, Mexico office by leading
accident investigations for PEMEX, the Mexican Petroleum Company. Mr. Walters
was Battelle program manager for the Environmental Technology Division, where he marketed Laboratory capabilities, planned,
staffed, and implemented safety management support tasks for the United States Department of Energy (DOE) and the United States
Chemical Safety and Hazard Investigation Board (CSB).
At Westinghouse Electric Corporation Mr. Walters was the Operations Manager at a 1,300
tons per day waste-to-energy, steam power plant.
At Portland General Corporation, Mr. Walters was Manager of Corporate Safety, Industrial
Hygiene, and Occupational Health. At the Trojan Nuclear Power Plant, Mr. Walters
was the Control & Electrical Engineering Supervisor for Plant and Security Systems Support. His assignments included that of Design Change Coordinator, Material Control and Warehouse Supervisor,
and the Plant Control Systems Electrical Engineer. While at the nuclear power
plant he was also certified as Shift Technical Advisor and qualified as a Senior Reactor Operator.
At the Naval Undersea Warfare Engineering Station, in Keyport Washington, Mr. Walters
held positions as Technical Manager, Training Supervisor and Depot Repair Support Engineer.
Mr. Walters
performed military service in the U.S. Coast Guard where he received special commendation for his support the Air Cushion
Vehicle Evaluation Program.

| John Hanson, Project Manager |
John Hanson is the Project Manager for Dana Engineering, Inc.
Mr. Hanson has a Bachelors of Science and a Masters of Science degree in Chemical Engineering.
Prior to joining Dana Engineering,
Mr. Hanson spent three years working at Hanford (200E) where he worked on the Tank Farm Monitoring and Laboratory Sampling
Systems. He spent 30 years working at Energy Northwest (ENW) with the first 15
years spent in Information Services, supporting a wide variety of technical and scientific applications. Mr. Hanson also spent 15 years working at ENW’s Columbia Generating Station as an assistant to the
Plant General Manager, Chemistry Manager, Training Manager and as an assistant to the Maintenance Manager.
As Chemistry Manager, Mr. Hanson
was responsible for a staff of about 35 people that included the Plant Chemistry, Environmental Chemistry and Chemistry Support
organizations. Mr. Hanson has been on several Chemistry Assessment Teams including
trips to other Commercial Nuclear Plants. He served on various Institute of Nuclear
Power Operations (INPO) and Electrical Power Research Institute (EPRI) teams and committees related to nuclear chemistry.
Since his retirement from Energy
Northwest, Mr. Hanson has worked as a consultant and project manager for several projects with CH2M-Hill, Pacific Northwest
National Laboratory (recently establishing a new Initial Training Program for Hot Cell Technicians), Department of Ecology
(assessing work at the Hanford Tank Waste Treatment and Immobilization Plant - WTP)
and the City of Kennewick.
Mr. Hanson has extensive experience
with technical computer applications, management of chemistry laboratories, training staff and assessing and evaluating work
performed in a variety of environments.
