The Vestry serves in a threefold capacity. It acts as the board of directors with respect to church finances and parish buildings. Its second responsibility is to choose persons to fill various leadership vacancies such as the election of a rector, treasurer, junior (people's) warden and the clerk of the Vestry. The Vestry also serves as a leadership body that works with the rector to discern the direction in which the Holy Spirit is guiding the church and to assist members to live out their ministry in the community and world.

The Vestry of 2008 was elected at the Parish Annual Meeting. It consists of nine members serving three-year terms, five officers serving one-year terms, and the Rector. Each member and the year his/her term expires are noted below.
