Meet at the River Landing (ON LEFT) just past the Stop & Shop
heading North on RT 140.

7 th MEET ~ Blackstone River/Canal River Bend Park

21st MEET ~ Ashland Reservoir, Ashland MA ~ Meet 6PM AT: BOAT
RAMP ON SPRING STREET. Bring water bottle, Bug spray, Bathing suit and Towels.

& 26th ~ Annual Used Kayak & Canoe Yard Sale at Fin and Feather Sports, Upton ~ Great time to buy a used boat!
There will be kayaks and canoes for sale along with used equipment. ~ Also place your old boat and/or equipment
on consignment and we will sell it for you for a discounted fee for members.

SHUTTLE FOR BOATS WILL BE AVAILABLE
This is the trip we've all been waiting for! It will be alot of fun. Please
e-mail JEFF if you plan on attending the list grows quick! He will forward the trip e-mail to you! We need a little
more time to plan this trip!
TRIP JOINING FEES: Free For members & $5 p.p. for non members
approx time: 5 hrs. meeting time: 9:45 am at Medfield Rt 27 Bridge.
RENTALS: boats are available $14 p.p. for members and ONLY $20 p.p. Non-members
OCTOBER
10th - Saturday "Blackstone Valley Fall Festival! " at: West End Creamery
481 Purgatory RD Whitinsville, MA
Time: Rentals 11 am- 4pm - The Festival runs until 6 pm.
This event is open to the public, Rentals will be available on site for this event. Call to
reserve your time.

October 24th - Blackstone River- Woonsocket, RI
River Island Park , Market Square Woonsocket To Manville Dam,
Main St Manville, RI.
IT IS OPEN TO THE PUBLIC!!!
SATURDAY ~ 1 PM - 3PM
(4.2 miles) "FALL FOLIAGE TRIP"
This will be this seasons FINAL TRIP!
(Rain date set for Sunday the 25th same time)
Here is an opportuntity to bring everyone you know that loves Fall and the
changing of the season.
Who would like to try canoeing or Kayaking!
Rental
Boats will be available:
Members $14 p.p.
Non-members: Only $25 p.p for a kayak and $20 p.p. for
a 2 man canoe.
