Webber, Esq.  The chapter addresses access to health, life and disability insurance coverage, HIV testing, making disability claims under private insurance policies and employer-sponsored group plans, portability of insurance coverage, COBRA, and a variety of other topics of concern to persons with HIV and AIDS.
