How we handle your order...
We process your order as soon as it's received, turn around time for custom embroidery may take
up to 3 weeks, however 2 weeks is usual. You can inquire about a rush order by asking nicely.
Please remember individual orders are more costly at smaller quantities. The more you order
the less you pay.In today's market the small orders may have to be grouped with larger ones for shipping purposes.
Minimum orders are required for most processes, and we try to accommodate all customers and meet
their deadlines if possible. You can count on dependable service.

At Threadz, you can bring in your own, new, not worn, tags on, garment (of course,
you assume responsibility for it. We will not replace your item unless it is established prior to decoration) and
we'll embroider it, if it fits the machines' criteria for services determined by Threadz. (Some additional charges may apply).
