Forreston Girl Scouts Clean Up Cemetery

On May 21, 2004, a group of Forreston Girl Scouts and parent helpers  which also included Doug Hill, Rick Pasch and Eric Persons met at the Forreston City Cemetery. A cleanup of overgrowth of the walks was done, and flowers were planted along the front fence thanks to a donation by Mildred Katz of Bennington, VT who is Great great granddaughter of founder George Washington Hewitt.
