The comprehensive music program includes three vocal groups: the Children's Choir, the Youth Choir, and the Senior Choir, and two instrumental groups: the Boyles Memorial Handbell and Chime Ringers, and the "Nova" Ringers. Guitars and other instruments are used each Sunday at the 9:00 a.m. contemporary service, and the Senior Choir provides music for the 11:00 a.m. traditional service. The Senior Choir also sings for other special services throughout the year, including Maundy Thursday, Easter, and Christmas. It also participates in annual community and county festivals. The Boyles Memorial Handbell and Chime Ringers perform during the traditional Sunday service and for Crofton area functions, weddings, and special celebrations within the church community. Once each month the children and youth sing at both Sunday services. In addition, the church membership includes other talented instrumentalists who are featured solo or in ensemble with the choir and bell group throughout the year. In 1997 the Prince of Peace Presbyterian Church choir and bell ringers were invited to Vienna, Austria to sing and ring in the International Advent Celebration. The group competed in an International Choir Competition in Verona, Italy in the spring of 2001, and sang on the Scottish Isle in the Summer of 2003. New members are welcome and encouraged to join the music program at any time, bringing new talent and ideas to the voice of Prince of Peace.
