1961-1965: Premedical Education at the Taipei Medical College School of Pharmacy, Taipei, Taiwan.  B.S. in Pharmacy received in 1965.

1965-1966: Military Service.

1967-1971: Medical Education at the Nagasaki University School of Medicine, Nagasaki, Japan. M.D. received in 1971

1971-1972: Rotating Internship at the Episcopal Hospital, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.

1972-1974: Residency in Anesthesiology at the Medical College of Virginia, Richmond, Virginia.

1974-1980: Private Practice with Portsmouth Anesthesia Practice in Anesthesiology and Pain Medicine in Portsmouth, Virginia.

1981-1997: Solo Private Practice in Anesthesiology and Pain Medicine

1997-2006: Full Time Private Practice in Pain Medicine.

2006-Present: Part-time Practice in Pain Management.
