FRATERNAL ORDER OF POLICE

 LODGE 6F

 AND YOU!

The Fraternal Order of Police provides members with opportunities to meet fellow officers away from the job to encourage friendships and networking.  The Fraternal Order of Police is a family, here to assist fellow members in hard times and to share their joys in good times.  With the Fraternal Order of Police you have friends across America.  Fraternal Order of Police lodges take part in charitable and civic events.  The Fraternal Order of Police believes that building community support for law enforcement makes both our communities and our police officers safer.

Do you want to be part of a national professional organization of over 370,000 members?  The National Fraternal Order of Police represents over 370,000 members, of which well over 400 are members of the Fraternal Order of Police Lodge #6F.  Are You willing to attend meetings, seminars, conferences and training (held all over the U.S.) and bring back to your fellow officers the information you have obtained?  Are you willing to share ideas for improvement, work on plans to implement your improvements, work with others on their ideas, participate in fund raisers and charitable events, and participate in the many activities that Lodge #6F becomes involved in?  Would you like to become a committee member representing your fellow officers?  If you have answered yes to any of the above questions or have other interests that would benefit your fellow officers in the FOP then you should come to Lodge #6F monthly meetings to be a part of the changes coming to Lodge #6F.

Lodge #6F has room to grow and improve, after all the Lodge can only be as good as its members.  We welcome any and all assistance, participation, and representation from all members.

Our future goals include; moving our lodge to larger facilities to include a game room, lounge, additional office space, and larger meeting room.  If you like to be involved and possibly run for a Lodge #6F office position on the board then now is the time.  Leadership, responsibility and the ability to work on your own while keeping the board/members informed is a must.

In closing, as you can see there are many areas in which Lodge #6F can benefit you and you can benefit the Lodge.

Fraternally,

Don Taylor

President F.O.P. Lodge #6F
