Members:

Fall is definitely in the air and  the leaves are falling from the trees.
So take a break from raking and fall cleanup and visit our Grill Room and
Lodge where we are busy preparing activities for all ages!
Our Annual Hoop Shoot is scheduled for Sunday, November 22 at 1:00pm
in the Red Lion Junior High School.  It is open to children ages 8 through 13.
The Elks National Free Throw Tournament has been an ongoing Youth
Activity for the Elks for many years. I’ve heard some of our members say they
participated as a child and now their children are participating. Winners will
be determined and advance to the district tournament.
It is also that time of year when we will be preparing to kick off our Christmas
basket program and start making arrangements for the Children's Christmas Party
to be held on December 19th. We can always use some help with these programs,
so ask what you can do to help! Call Natalie, our Leading Knight at 578-3336!
These programs will be more important than ever as our economy struggles
over these winter months. So come out and help to make sure everyone in our
community has a nice Christmas! Giving is truly what makes us Elks and makes
this the Greatest Order in the World.
Our Sub Sale in October was a great Success and Thank You to all those helped
make subs and sold them to friends and family.  We have scheduled another Sub Sale
for December 10th.  Please be sure to pick up your order forms in the Grill Room.
I hope to see you in the Grill Room and in the Lodge Room. Your club is
doing well, so come in and enjoy  it. Let's keep moving forward and make
next year even better. We will continue to come up with activities so you
can enjoy your Lodge, come out and support us and join in.
Fraternally Yours,
Steven Kessler PER
