We provide the following services:

- Treatment for injury and illness 
- Care of chronic conditions
- Physical exams 
- Women's healthcare
- Labs, x-rays, and other diagnostic tests
- Dietary counseling
- Mental health counseling
- Physical therapy
- Chiropractic Care
- Some immunizations
- Anonymous HIV counseling and testing
- Referrals to specialists when appropriate
- Medication assistance
- Case management services
- Enrollment assistance with VHAP
  a state insurance program

      Patient Rights and Responsibilities:
  • You must have an appointment. Please be aware this not a "walk-in" clinic.  
  • Keep your scheduled appointment or notify the clinic in a timely manner if you must cancel.
  • Bring your medicine/prescription bottles with you to each clinic visit.
  • Be aware that the clinic doctors do not prescribe controlled substances or narcotics. 
  • Be courteous to other patients, volunteers, and staff.
  • Do not drop in without a scheduled appointment.
  • You have a right to confidential, respectful, non-discriminatory and non-judgemental care.
  • You have a right to consider treatment options. You may refuse treatment.
  • If you do not meet our financial guidelines, we will provide you with alternative approaches to obtaining health care.

        The nurses at the ODC believe:
  • The nurse, in all professional relationships, practices with compassion and respect for the inherent dignity, worth, and uniqueness of every individual, unrestricted by considerations of social or economic status, personal attributes, or the nature of health problems.
  • The nurse’s primary commitment is to the patient, whether an individual, family, group, or community.
  • The nurse promotes, advocates for, and strives to protect the health, safety, and rights of the patient.
