Always Open
The Open Door Clinic is a free clinic sponsored by the Community Health Services of Addison County, a local non-profit agency dedicated to insuring access to healthcare for all persons, regardless of financial circumstances.
 
Care at the Open Door Clinic is provided by a rotating staff of volunteer healthcare providers, nurses, and community members who generously donate their time because they believe everyone is entitled to healthcare.

Free Community Health Fair - Please visit our booths! 
When: August 5th-9th daily
Where: Addison County Fair and Field Days
What: The Open Door Clinic will collaborate with the Porter Medical Center, Addison County Tobacco Roundtable, Addison County Home Health and Hospice, and the local area rescue squads to conduct free health screening for high blood pressure, blood sugar, cholesterol, tobacco use and other cardiovascular risk factors. A nurse will be available to discuss your results. Come one and come all.
Raffle: Free $50.00 gift certificate to Hannaford's and one suprise gift. One raffle ticket per participant.

We are a member of the VCCU- Vermont Coalition of Clinics for the Uninsured.
 
Formed in 1995, the goal of the VCCU is to improve access to quality health care in Vermont regardless of ability to pay. The VCCU is a group of nine health care programs which consists of two different health care service models: Free Standing Clinic or Hospital Integrated and referral office.
