OUR PHILOSOPHY

Our business ethics, completeness and professional views based on experience is what provides the basics to running our Architectural Design Firm.

Accordingly, we strive to achieve our goals and your desired project success with a past client based list with satisfaction.

Office Policy:

BEFORE THE START of ANY PROJECT:

A potential Client should provide the Architect with the following information which is important to both the Professional and the Client.

1. A most recent survey indicating the lot size, building sizes and property Township location.

2. Data indicating Section, Block, Lot and School District for property.

3. The Architect should perform a Zoning Property search which verifies zoning set-backs and other property restrictions before the start of any drawings.

4. This service is called a Report of Findings and provides the client with facts and answers that come directly from the zoning book for that district.

5. Give our office a call or send us an E-Mail using our comment box so we may offer the guidance and advice you may need by responding to your personal E-mail.
