Customer Appreciation Program
We e-mail Gift Certificates to customers who meet certain spending levels
when they visit the shop or order via the internet or by phone. To receive a $10 certificate, spend over $100 during
a single visit.
Refunds
Store credit is granted on returns if the product is returned in
unused condition within 30 days of the date of purchase and the customer presents a purchase receipt.
Sale Items
No refunds or exchanges on sale or discontinued items.
Special Orders
Pre-payment is required before the order can be placed.
