Corporation “CEED”) was organized to help meet the social, physical, educational, and economic needs of the community and vicinity.  CEED was organized as a non-profit 501©(3) corporation on October 1, 1998.  We create programs to impact children and adults, through learning skills in behavior modification, health prevention and developing affordable housing for all people.
