C & M Solutions, is a subcontractor to Dynamic
Research Corporation on the DoD Logistics, Maintenance, and Supply Support (LMSS) Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity
(IDIQ) contract awarded in March 2008. This contract supports the mission of the Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR)
Joint DoD Maintenance Resource Planning (MRP II) Program Office (PMA 203) / its successor and its customers. The Program
Office provides support for business processes and IT solutions for logistics, maintenance, and supply functions / activities.
These services include total life cycle management activities that enable improvement of processes, outcomes, and metrics
of DoD operations, which ultimately provide for optimization of warfighter needs. PMA 203 facilitates lessons learned
across the DoD and provides acquisitions, implementation, and substainment services for their customers. C & M Solutions
and their teaming partners are experienced in supporting total life cycle systems management for business process services
and solutions for logistics, maintenance, and supply functions and associated technologies. These services / solutions
include all life cycle management activities associated with the planning, implementation, execution, and retirement of business
processes and system solutions for DoD Logistics, Maintenance and Supply Support (LMSS) activities and associated business
initiatives, as well as, those activities required for moving to an enterprise-wide, life cycle alignment of resources and
outputs to achieve top-down performance driven outcomes.
C & M Solutions supports the Avionics Science and Technology Program Management Support,
AIR-4.5 Avionics Engineering Department customer. C& M Solutions has been involved in efforts for coordinating pipeline
efforts regarding K-12 support for St. Mary's County. As such, they have developed expertise across the many programs
supported by STEM which are desirable for our AIR-4.5 Avionics Engineering Department customer. This support in the
form of subject matter experts; student based programs; faculty and technicians support within the school system and experienced
analysts who will be responsible for supporting the TPTS for duration of the contract period.
