Feet First 2009 Our 2009 Feet First Program dates are: August 10th - 14th, 2009, (or until filled) we will be accepting phone calls to set up appointments for the Feet First Program. Appointments will be scheduled until all donated funds are used. Call early! August 24th - September 4th, 2009, scheduled appointments will be accepted only. YOU MUST CALL FOR AN APPOINTMENT! Income Criteria: Working Low-income households. Recipients of Social Security Disability, NYS Disability, Unemployment benefits. Process: Face to face interview. Documentation of income and expense. Birth certificate (s) for each child. Proof of residency. Procedure: Family Service staff will service Warren, Washington, and No. Saratoga Counties. A voucher will be given to the parent or guardian to purchase shoes at a Feet First participating store. The voucher must be used on or before the assigned expiration date. Who qualifies? All children whose parents or guardian cannot financially afford school shoes or prove financial hardship. Children who attend school in the Warren, Washington, and northern Saratoga Counties
