CONSIGNOR CONTRACT INFORMATION
Thanks for becoming part of Centsible
Treasures! Here’s how the consignment
process works:
¨ When you bring in your consignment
items, we will select those we feel our customers want to buy. There will be
some items we decline. Please understand that our experience and customer preferences guide what items we select.
¨ Our policy is to base prices on supply
and demand. We will work to get you the best possible prices for your merchandise. Antiques (items dated prior to 1950) pay you 75% of the selling price. Name brand children’s clothes, baby furniture
,movies, CDs, collectibles and items that sell for $25 or more, pay you 50% of the selling price. General
furniture selling for over $50 nets you 60% of the selling price. For
all other items you will receive 40% of the selling price. You may collect your earnings 10 days
after an item sells either in cash, check or store credit. We will mail out checks
upon request only,
for a fee of $1.00. Earnings left in the store for
over 1 year on a non-active account reverts back to the store. A 1 time consignment processing fee of $3.00 will be charged at the time you open your account.
¨ You agree to allow us to display your merchandise
for 90 days or to the end of a season. You also agree to include your items in special promotional sales or online
sales. If there are any unsold items, you have the option of retrieving items by the 90th day or they become the property of Centsible Treasures. We will prepare a list for you and ask that
you call us at least 3 days in advance of the 90th day if you intend to pick up your unsold items.
Centsible Treasures promises to make every effort to safeguard your merchandise
but we are not responsible for damage, loss or theft. We appreciate you becoming
