On Thursday, December 22nd from 6 p.m. until 9 p.m., we will have a Living Nativity Scene, complete
with animals at the front entrance of the church. We welcome visitors to park at the rear of the church and walk forward
to get a closer look at the display.

Christmas Services at Heidelberg: We invite you to our special
services for the Christmas Season.
Sunday, December 18: Christmas Cantata "A Thrill
of Hope" at our 10:45 a.m. worship service
Saturday, December 24: Christmas Eve Family
Candlelight Service at 7:00 p.m.; and Christmas Eve Candlelight Service with communion at 11:00 p.m.
Sunday, December 25: Christmas Day Worship
at 10:45 a.m.
Youth Group Activities:
Our Youth Group "The Cross Bearers" will be having a Christmas Party here at
the church from 5 p.m. until 7 p.m. on Saturday, December 17th. They currently are selling baked goods and jewelry on
Sunday mornings as a fundraiser to purchase equipment for the Youth Group to use at meetings.

The Rev. Dr. Albert J. D. Walsh, or "Pastor Bert" as he prefers,
was called to serve as our Pastor in 1999. Ordained in 1981, he served as Pastor of churches in the Schuykill Association
of the UCC, in Schuykill County, prior to serving our congregation.
Pastor Bert demonstrates the depth of his pastoral leadership through
effective preaching and teaching, a caring ministry to the sick, homebound, and those in crisis, a competent ministry of pastoral
counsel, and effective administration of the overall mission of our church. We invite your family to benefit from the fine
pastoral leadership, caring support, and spiritual guidance Pastor Bert provides.
