Guests shall be defined as all attendees including bridal party
and children.
Also included in the price is the use of the outdoor facilities
(gazebo, pavilion and yard areas) with alternative use of the inside wedding chapel due to weather conditions.
(Discounts available for “weddings only – no receptions
on site.”)
There is a $200 Cleaning Fee (plus an additional $50 for chocolate
and/or punch fountains). All cleaning is provided by our staff – you take
only your decorations and items you wish to keep. There is also a $100 refundable
Damage Deposit.
USE OF WEDDING CARRIAGE AND TEAM OF HORSES:
Delight your guests by renting our romantic wedding carriage which
will bring the bride and father to the aisle way of the outside ceremony site and then pick up the bride and groom at the
end of the ceremony for a truly unforgettable event!
Wedding Carriage & Team of Horses………….
$400 1st hour; $150 ea add’l hour
Additional Charges:

A non-refundable $500 deposit holds your date with the balance
due 60 days before the event.
