Weekly rental @ $660 plus 9% Vermont rooms tax. $300 reservation deposit plus $200 security deposit required for first time renters. Additional $392.40 ($360 plus room tax) due at check in. Security deposit returned at checkout.

Fall rate: $580/wk. (8/29 - 10/17)

Other: Directv with VCR/DVD, Refrigerator, Stove, Microwave Oven, Automatic Coffee Maker, Gas Heater, Charcoal BBQ Grill. Telephone and telephone service as arranged by renter (phone outlet is installed). Smoking OK. Behaved pets on leash outdoors OK.

Bed linens and towels available at extra cost but we encourage bringing your own if possible.
