By attending the COF-A-QUE, I understand that this event shall include the use of alcohol, hot charcoal and/or gas grills, and other possible obstacles and I agree to participate in and/or attend this event at my own risk.  Also by attending you hereby waive any and all claims against, and agree to hold harmless and defend the property owners, event organizers and sponsors in the instance of personal injury, illness or damage to myself, my agents, invitees, family members or third parties arising from my participation and/or attendance in this event.
