    —User acceptance of IT during Pre and Post implementation of IT.
    —Organizational strategies and the effectiveness of these strategies on adjusting user acceptance of IT.
    —Predicting user acceptance and adjusting user acceptance during all stages of the IT life cycle.

Internship at Sargento Foods Inc. as an Intern. Not responsible for very much, but assigned a variety of computer related tasks.

01 August 1992 -- 01 June 1994:
Computer lab attendant. Duties include helping users with their applications, troubleshooting network problems, and other tasks as assigned by my supervisor.

01 June 1990 -- 25 February 1996:
Various factory jobs; companies like Vollrath, Kohler, and Amerequip. Some duties include draw and punch press operator, draw coat line operator, and ground coat line fill in.

07 July 1987 -- 07 July 1990:
United States Army Cannon Crew member (13B2P).
Artillery. Airborne qualified. Duties include cannon crew member tasks, such as vehicle maintenance (track vehicles, and wheeled vehicles). Ultimately acquired the rank of Sergeant.
