Suzo's Scrambled Eggs

  • 6 eggs
  • 1 1/2 cups milk
  • salt
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • Melt butter in a frying pan over medium heat.
  • Crack eggs into mixing bowl.
  • Add milk.
  • Mix thoroughly with a fork.
  • Pour mixture into pan.
  • Cook until firm, stirring frequently.
  • Salt to taste.
  • Makes 4 - 6 servings.
  • Cover leftovers and refrigerate.

Serve hot with buttered toast and bacon or sausage for a traditional American breakfast.
Gentle heat keeps the eggs moist.
Don't let them dry out or scorch.
