Creme De Menthe Cake
- Chocolate cake batter
- Chopped Andés mints (1-2 boxes)
- Vanilla frosting
- Chocolate syrup
- Make chocolate cake as directed, adding half of the chopped mints to batter.
- Bake cake and let cool
- Microwave vanilla frosting for about 20 seconds to soften
- Mix in some most of the remaining Andés mints into vanilla frosting
- Pour frosting on cake
- Sprinkle with chopped Andés mints
- Drizzle with chocolate syrup to decorate
