European Anti-Semitism Report
- The European organization that reports on racial
discrimination in Europe has prepared a report on
anti-semitism in Europe, but so far, has refused to publish
it. It is said that they are afraid to condemn Muslims and
Islam that are behind the wave of anti-semitism. The European
Jewish Congress has gotten a copy and put it on the internet.
I have found a copy at this location, put out by the French
component. This page may be in French, but the links to the
report, and the report itself, is in English. It gives a
country by country report.
- Maven
- Maven is a site to provide you with links
to everything Jewish, worldwide. They add new
sites every week.
Good place to find Jewish stuff.
- Jewish Virtual Library
- The Jewish Virtual Library has so much information.
There is history, biographies, statistics, maps, and more.
Biographies range from biblical to present day, even though
there are plenty of Jewish people you won't find there yet.
There are also biographies of Arabs, since they affect Israel,
I guess. Under Reference you'll also find Mitchell
Bard's wonderful book Myths and Facts: A Guide to the
Arab-Israeli Conflict .
- Virtual Jerusalem
- Find out what is going on in Israel. At
holiday times
they give you live events in Israel. They provide you
with news, history, and travel information, among
other topics.
-
Navigating the Bible
- This is a great site to look things up in the Torah.
Search results provide you with all the passages where a word
exists, in both English and Hebrew.
- Middle
East Info
- This site presents good arguments as to why
the world should be supporting Israel and not the
Palestinians. What I find annoying about those sites that
condemn Israel is that they completely ignore Palestinian
terrorism and present a false history of the region.
- Holocaust
- Simon Wiesenthal
Center
- If you are interested in the Holocaust, anti-semitism
or hatred in general, this is the primary site.
- Yad Vashem
- The other primary source for Holocaust studies is
Yad Vashem . There are three areas of interest to me on
there site: About the Holocaust, Remembrance, and
Righteous Among the Nations. When you click on any of
the pages from the home page, look in the top right corner for
the various areas of interest. Another way, is to choose
the Site Map .
- Holocaust
History Project
- The Holocaust History Project , as they say,
is a free archive of documents, photographs, recordings,
and essays regarding the Holocaust, including direct
refutation of Holocaust-denial, survival and a little
background history. There is fairly heavy reading here.
