Prices are for the structures only, and do not include the locomotive, railroad
figures, or tool accessories shown in the pictures. California residents should add 8.25% sales tax to the total. Shipping
and handling charges are for EACH structure ordered as indicated on the order form. Payment should be made with either personal
check or money order made out to Pacific Coast Garden Railway Supply. Sorry, but we are not able to handle online orders
at this time on this web site. At this time we can not accept credit card orders or C.O.D., and please, DO
NOT SEND CASH. You may also review our ordering policy on the back of the order form. All orders are shipped by
UPS and/or FedEx Ground only in the 48 states. For individuals in Alaska or Hawaii, please email us for the additional
shipping charges. For orders outside the US, please contact us by email first.
All orders received by Pacific Coast Garden Railway Supply are processed
and filled according to the order they are received; both directly at shows, and by mail, as determined by US postmark. We
make every effort to adhere to this policy. However, since these handbuilt structures take considerable time to build, we
attempt to estimate the demand for certain structures of various colors and options well in advance of all orders, and inventory
common parts where possible. Therefore, there are occasions when someone that placed an order after you of a different structure,
color, or options, may receive their structure in advance of yours due to inventory on hand, part shortages, etc. As we increase
our manufacturing capability, we are attempting to minimize such inconveniences. Please remember though, that we are more
concerned with the quality of the structures that we produce than the quantity that can be built in a period of time!
Since delays may occur between placement of your order and delivery, we have defined
a courtesy policy of not cashing your undated check until approximately two weeks prior to estimated shipping.
In addition, we will call you within this two week period to confirm your shipping address and to verify that someone will
be at that address to receive shipment. If these structures are a gift for someone, AND YOU WISH TO KEEP IT A SECRET,
please indicate so on your order so that we do not "spill the beans!" If you order multiple structures on a single check,
and we can not ship all structures at once, your check will be cashed based upon shipment of the first structure. To avoid
this possibility, you may send separate checks (including taxes and shipping) for each structure if you wish.
