Buzzard's Family Shoes,

My husband & I were so very pleased with stopping at your shoe store.  We were treated with such extreme professionalism, and felt like we were the only ones in your store, and we weren't!  My husband received your gift certificate from the Ashland Fair and we thank you.  He is referring to his purchase & fitting as a "miracle."  Personally, I am so happy with my running shoes-they fit!!  I ran my 10K today at 1hr -5min.  I will be excited about my 1/2 marathon race - I will be wearing my "new" running shoes then.

Dear Dave,

I just wanted to say thank you for all the fine service and helpful hints I received at your store last week.  I came to purchase a pair of "good" athletic shoes and left wiht a pair of New Balance shoes and a pair of Aravon sandals.

I also got some excellent advice about icing my foot.  I have followed this advice and it has made a major difference.

Stores with true "old fashioned" customer service are very scarce but it's great to know that there is still a fine example to be found in Loudonville, Ohio.  Thanks again!!

I just wanted to let you know that I purchased two pair of boots in mid-January and I absolutley love them!  With the great help from one of your ladies, the time, the effort, and patience she put into finding the right fit for me (as i have shoe inserts and hard to fit feet).  My feet are warm, dry and most importantly-comfortable!  I haven't had any foot, leg or hip pain since I have been wearing these boots, which is a blessing.  Thank you Buzzard's for your helpful staff.  I will see you in the Spring when i come to get my warm weather shoes!  Blessings.

Bob and Dave,

Chad informed me that due to a recent zipper malfunction that he was replacing my boots.  I was suprised by this because if I had bought the boots from anyone else, they would have told me...too bad.

This is very nice of you guys, and it also shows what a reputable business you have.  No wonder why you have been in this profession so long.  I must say, I did not expect anything of you.

I have, and will continue to shop with you, and remind my "brothers" that they can feel safe with any purchase made in your shop.  In fact the wife has the shoes we bought there five years ago, and they are stil in fine shape.

Dear friends at Buzzard's,

Just had to say "thank you" once again for your thoughtfullness and wonderful service!  The Keds that you ordered for me fit well and are just what I wanted.  I do appreciate you doing that.  I was so pleased and proud of "my" shoe store the day I brought Dave's sister there a few weeks ago.  Not only did she find two pairs of shos that she really liked, Bob, you were so kind and helpful, making the experience very pleasant for her.  You always show us the utmost consideration in every way. 

It is always a joy to go to Buzzard's -the "place where you have lollipops" - as Amanda says.  But even if you don't get a lollipop, you get the warm, friendly, professional service - something so rare these days, but greatly valued and appreciated by the Noble family.

Thanks for everything! (Including the money for the parking meter!)  Thanks for fixing Linda's shoes too.

In Loudonville, Ohio the Buzzard's have a store.  Their speciality is shoes from shelves high to the floor.

Two men are long there waiting to assure a fix.  Strap Naturalizers I did find, with me they are a hit.

So many times I've gone there just to satisfy my feet.  Every time that management did me with friendship did greet.

By now at eighty-seven one foot of mine has swelling.  Yet even with all of that I'm stopping now and telling.

A good shoe store has value for us as we walk.  Buzzards satisfy us more, please listen as I talk!
